Wow, the past 1.5 years have flown by so quickly! We sometimes have to pinch ourselves - it all still feels a little unreal. This business has not only provided us with employment and purpose, we have also gained this whole new community - you all! And there are now over 2000 of you on Facebook alone.
We love thinking about what to bring you every week, coming up with new flavours and sometimes entirely new products. Our product idea lists are huge, and growing every week - loads of cheesecake, cookie and scroll flavours.
But most of all we love seeing you at the markets! Over the past 1.5 years, we've experimented a bit with going to other events and markets. But we've realised that our top priority continues to be our loyal & local customer base, and so we've decided to stick to our beloved farmers' markets for now (with the exception of the Gluten Free Food Festival, of course).
We recently re-introduced our cinnamon rolls, after figuring out how to improve the logistics of making them. They are a yeast dough product, and so there are a few time factors involved that need to be considered. And holy cookie dough - you guys have gone bonkers over them! We can barely keep up with demand. If you're keen, make sure you message us (via Facebook, Instagram or email here), and we'll put some aside for you.
Last week, we did Nutella scrolls, which flew off the shelves, and we've got oodles of ideas for even more scroll variations (including some savoury options!), so watch this space!
